How do I place an order?
On this website, go to SHOP menu and select the product(s) you wish to buy, define quantity and just click the ADD TO CART button. Once you finish browsing the products in the shop, proceed to VIEW CART by clicking the black cart icon at the top of the webpage. You will see all the items in your cart including your order summary. Click the CHECKOUT button and proceed to fill up your correct shipping details, select a payment method and proceed to payment. To know if you successfully placed your order, you will see a message on the screen that "YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED" and further instructions will be given to you.
Secure Ordering, Payment Options & Shipping
Our shop currently accepts payments thru BANK DEPOSITS, ONLINE BANK TRANSFERS, and other payment channels such as GCASH and PAYMAYA. Upon checkout and order confirmation, you will see the complete payment details with complete payment instructions. You need to message us on our Facebook Page for your proof of payment and you will have to wait for our payment verification and confirmation. Shipping will be thru J&T express and rest assured your order(s) will be packed accordingly. We will message you of your tracking number upon the shipment of your order(s).
Do you offer Cash On Delivery?

Do you offer Express Delivery?
We can arrange express same-day or next-day delivery within Cebu City only and its nearby major cities only thru MAXIM at a flat-rate of Php 70. Leave a note on your order upon your check-out ON THIS WEBSITE or you can also message us on our Facebook Page. We also offer GIFT EXPRESS CHECKOUTS only on this website at a flat-rate fee of Php 100.- includes a gift bag and a personalized greeting card. *NOTE: Extra Charges may apply if your shipping address is outside cebu city and its nearby cities.
Do you have a physical store?
UNFORTUNATELY, NONE. As of the moment, URBAN FARMS operates thru our website and other social media platforms. With your continuous patronage and in God's will, we are targeting to open up physical shops across the country which will further help us in our mission to uplift our small farmers' by bringing their high-quality products across urban cities nationwide.
